Youth Programs

The Library offers children’s programming for every age level.
Did you know that children who are read to at an early age are more successful in school and have a larger vocabulary when they enter school? For your budding reader we have a wide variety of age appropriate story time sessions designed to encourage your child’s social, emotional and cognitive development.
For your elementary through middle school age child Lakewood Public Library offers a variety of quality programs that highlight everything from art and Lego building to poetry and role playing.
