Children’s Summer Reading Club 2024 Adventure Begins at Your Library

For Children from Birth through Pre-Kindergarten

Join the Summer Reading Club and read thirty books of your choice over the summer to complete this reading challenge. Readers may participate online and/or in person. Collect a paper reading log and a bookmark at the Main Library or the Madison Branch. Readers collect digital badges and/or physical stickers as they progress through the goals. Once you complete your goals, you will receive a certificate of completion and a book of your own to keep which you will collect at the Main Library or the Madison Branch.

For Kindergarten through 5th Grade

Join the Summer Reading Club and read twenty minutes each day for 30 days. You may read whatever you choose. Choose “log by minutes” and type in “20” to log and record the title of the book you read each time you read for twenty minutes. Do this the same way you do this at school. Read a total of 10 hours to complete this reading challenge. Readers may participate online and/or in person. You may collect a paper reading log at the Main Library or the Madison Branch. Readers collect digital badges and/or physical stickers as they progress through the goals. Once you finish you will receive a certificate of completion and a prize which you will collect at the Main Library or Madison Branch.
