Test Proctoring

Students can have written and electronic tests proctored by appointment at the Main Library. This service is available to all patrons with a Lakewood Public Library card.

How To Begin

Please complete a form for each course requiring proctoring services. Once submitted, a Library staff member will contact you to schedule your proctored exam. Please be familiar with all proctoring requirements of your school, college, or university.
