For Students Entering Sixth through Twelfth Grade

Get lost in a good book and add some excitement to your summer reading assignments. Make your way through thirty hours of reading to complete this summer reading challenge. Read whatever you choose. You may participate online or in person. Collect a paper log and a bookmark at the Main Library or the Madison Branch. One line of your reading log equals 60 minutes of reading. Log the same title for each hour you read the title. When logging online, choose minutes of reading and log the number of minutes you read. You may visit the Main Library or the Madison Branch to collect a sticker when you have read 10 hours/600 minutes, 20 hours/1200 minutes, and 30 hours/1800 minutes. Once your challenge is complete visit the Main Library or the Madison Branch to collect a book to keep.
