Author and Attorney Ken Knabe will discuss the newest edition of his book Cycling Rights which includes seven comprehensive all-new chapters: Group Riding, Cycling Safety & Kids, Bike Cleveland, Local NEO Bike Clubs, The Ohio Bicycling Federation, The Ohio to Erie Trail, and another called The Julie Notice outlining how to effectively communicate with your local authority regarding hazardous conditions for cyclists, including storm drains. Books will be available for sale and signing at the event.
