Meet The Author—Mary Cole Watson

Cleveland Heights author Mary Cole Watson shares her book, a culmination of more than twenty short stories, to provide wisdom to all who may need it when faced with a crucial conversation. The news and media don’t always provide the best commentary for discussion in homes or at school to create healthy communities and children of color, but Wisdom Warriors does. Mary Cole Watson made it her life goal to ensure the next generation of learners understand their designated place in African American heritage. She graduated Magna Cum Laude, and later was the recipient of a Full Graduate Assistantship to the University of Toledo, with a Masters in Early Childhood Education and Reading.
