Storytelling Workshop: Tales from the Front Porch

Lakewood’s front porch culture is one of many factors that helps us build a strong sense of community. This summer, let’s celebrate our front porch culture.  

Not a writer? No problem. Join us to learn more about telling your story in written or spoken form. This two-session interactive class gives you an opportunity to pitch your idea, gain feedback, and develop a narrative. Your one limitation: the story has to include an element of a Lakewood front porch — it happened on a front porch, was seen from a front porch, was inspired by a front porch, happened on a street where there were a lot of front porches.
