Forced to provide for herself after becoming emancipated at sixteen, Young faced a world of trouble and eventually a twenty-five-year prison sentence. But her life changed with a change of mindset which became the inspiration for Mirror Me, a self-improvement program that encourages people to unapologetically stand on their flaws and turn obstacles into opportunities.
