The Lakewood Public Library invites Lakewood community members to complete this survey. The Lakewood Public Library is interested in learning more about what materials and resources are of interest to Lakewood community members. You do not need to have a Lakewood Public Library card or be a regular Lakewood Public Library patron to participate in this survey.
You may participate in the survey through an online version (coming soon), by downloading a PDF or by obtaining a paper copy of the survey from any service desk at either Library location, then completing and returning it to the Library on or before August 15, 2026.
