    Main Library Auditorium

Paul Revere has been in America’s public consciousness since Henry Wadsworth Longfellow released The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere in 1861. The famous poem and its memory made Paul Revere famous, but his life and impacts to the country go well beyond one night in April of 1775. Learn about his incredible contributions to the nation and to our region in this lecture. Dr. Robert Shimp serves as Director of the Lakewood Historical Society.
